What evidence do I need to provide?

To make a valid claim, you must provide all of the following:

1. Photo evidence of the bag not fitting inside the airport sizer
   This must clearly show your packed Vacuum Compression Travel Bag being tested against the official airline or airport bag sizer.
2. Date-stamped evidence from the airport
   The photo must be taken at the airport on the same date as your flight. The date must be visible through photo metadata, phone timestamp, or another clear date-stamped record.
3. Proof of the airline gate charge
   This can be a photo or screenshot of the airline payment receipt, card transaction, or booking update showing the additional gate bag charge.
4. Date-stamped proof of payment
   The charge evidence must show the payment date, airline or merchant name, and amount charged.
5. A photo of the packed bag at the airport
   This helps us verify that the product used was our Vacuum Compression Travel Bag.

Claims without clear photo evidence of the bag not fitting inside the official sizer cannot be approved.
